Job summary

UniLodge Pty is seeking a casual Customer Service Coordinator to support our Western Sydney University portfolio, across campuses including Hawkesbury, Nirimba, and Campbelltown. You’ll engage residents with a welcoming, professional approach and handle enquiries, wellbeing support, and routine admin tasks.

The role leans on strong communication and organisational skills, with duties that balance busy and quieter periods while on your feet.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).
• Working with Children Check - NSW.

Responsibilities

• Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.
• Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
• Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
• Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
