Job summary

UniLodge ACT is seeking friendly, energetic summer casuals to join our Customer Service team across ACT properties. You will man the front desk, assist residents, and contribute to a welcoming living environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, computer skills, and a positive, hands-on approach. Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays will help you thrive in a fast-paced student community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good computer skills and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.
• Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
• Assist all prospective residents and visitors in a professional manner.
• Take ownership of problems and ensure they are seen through to completion.
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Maintain effective liaison with property services.
• Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues.
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties such as mail, filing, and correspondence.
