Job summary

Aveo Peregian Springs is seeking a Service Coordinator to support residents in a vibrant retirement community. This permanent part-time role includes varied duties, from guest services to incident response and night shift sleepovers, with a friendly, resident-focused approach.

Flexible roster across weeks, providing admin, newsletters and event flyering support, and ensuring high standards in shared spaces. Prior experience in hospitality, aged care or admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a community-focused environment.
• Welcoming and dependable nature, with confidence working autonomously.
• Flexibility to assist with ad hoc duties across the village including amenities upkeep and basic admin tasks.
• Ability to manage incidents and support residents during overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Support café and kitchen teams during meal services to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with resident requests (newsletters, flyers, activities).
• Be the first responder to village issues including emergency calls, safety and security, and provide first aid where needed.
• Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for residents.
• Provide all-rounder support across the village including light domestic duties and maintaining shared spaces.
