Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group in Australia seeks a Community Manager for the Stoney Creek Lifestyle site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll help lead day to day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer focused service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through surveys and NPS.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy and tenancy.
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes.
• Foster a strong sense of community with lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to deliver high quality outcomes.
