Ingenia Communities is seeking a Community Manager for the Stoney Creek Lifestyle site to lead day-to-day operations and build a strong sense of belonging for residents. You will deliver exceptional experiences through customer-focused service and operational excellence, reporting to the Area Manager.

In this role you’ll oversee occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement while driving financial performance through budgeting and P&L management, and you’ll motivate teams and contractors to deliver

• Oversee day-to-day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes
• Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes

We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at Stoney Creek Lifestyle site.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll help lead day-to-day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer-focused service and operational excellence.

In this Role, You’ll

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
• Are confident leading day-to-day operations while balancing competing priorities
• Have experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes
• Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries
• Are a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being the go-to person for residents, teams and stakeholders
