Job summary

Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, ensuring the site and facilities are maintained to a high standard. You’ll deliver outstanding service to residents and guests, coordinate events, handle admin tasks, compliance, and reporting, and assist with resales and resident queries as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community or property management and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Proactive and solution-focused, able to handle emergencies or unexpected issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the site and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming and safe environment.
• Coordinate events and social activities that build a vibrant, engaged community.
• Manage administration tasks, compliance requirements, and accurate reporting.
• Assist with resales processes, resident queries, and emergency situations when required.
