Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Tenancy Manager to oversee day-to-day residential tenancy operations across its housing portfolio. You will work closely with residents, service providers and agencies to ensure compliant, supportive housing outcomes.

The role requires 2-3+ years in tenancy or property management, strong communications, and a valid driver’s licence. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel and a focus on compassionate community housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3+ years' tenancy or property management experience.
• 2+ years understanding of social housing, affordable housing or community housing environments.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver's Licence and own car.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of residential tenancies across the housing portfolio.
• Foster positive tenant experiences and ensure tenancy compliance.
• Manage tenancy agreements, onboarding, rent setting and rent collection.
• Build relationships with residents and connect them to services.
