Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead and optimize bookings for individuals, groups and FIT travelers. You will ensure accuracy of reservations, room blocks and billing while delivering exceptional service across channels.

In this fast-paced hospitality environment, you will maximise revenue through effective sales techniques, maintain records in line with policy, and collaborate with departments to support seamless guest experiences and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel knowledge.
• 2+ years experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process individual, group, and FIT reservations, ensuring accuracy of bookings, room blocks, market codes, and billing arrangements.
• Provide exceptional client service by handling reservation enquiries, special requests, cancellations, and accommodation needs through various communication channels.
• Maximise revenue opportunities by applying effective sales techniques, promoting hotel services, and matching guests with appropriate room options.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and accounting requirements.
• Resolve concerns and reservation issues promptly, escalating complex matters when required to ensure a positive client experience.
• Support operational excellence by reviewing and implementing reservation procedures, monitoring room availability, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Foster a professional and welcoming environment by building positive relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
• Ensure the team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that ensure travelers have everything they need
