Position Summary:

• Proactively targets corporate, group/catering and MICE accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Reactively manages incoming inquiries.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
• Understands the overall market - competitors, economic trends, supply and demand etc
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Ensures full focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships
• Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, strong drive, and the ability to communicate openly and effectively.
