Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations or Front Office within a large international hotel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries via phone and email, converting conversations into confirmed bookings.
• Liaise with VIP guests, wholesalers, and travel agents to make, amend, and confirm reservations.
• Stay knowledgeable on hotel offerings – including restaurants, bar, and spa – to upsell services.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and service excellence of Four Seasons.
