Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Sydney team. You will support the Guest Services group with daily operations, be the go-to expert on the hotel and local area, and ensure travellers receive friendly, genuine service.

You will handle enquiries, verify and adjust billing where needed, and build lasting relationships to encourage future bookings. This full-time on-site role requires familiarity with OPERA or similar PMS, relevant guest services experience, and

Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Support your Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed traveller expectations.
Handle general enquiries, and provide a friendly, genuine service with each traveller experience.
Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for travellers whilst following up with traveller questions and requests.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings.
