Job summary

Studeo Melbourne, part of UniLodge Living Group, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations to elevate resident experiences at our Bourke Street location. You will manage front desk duties, assist residents with inquiries, and support leasing and property services to maintain occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and reception is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to provide high-quality resident experiences and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day to day front desk reception area with a focus on providing an exceptional resident experience
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and overall well being
• Complete check in and out process for residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
• Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of rooms/units and apartments
• Conduct room shows to prospective tenants
• Maintain effective liaisons with property services such as maintenance, contract cleaners, contractors, and security personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service to residents
• Work to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures
• Pro-actively ensure that carpark accounts are paid up to date and manage any arrears
