Job summary

Q Station, part of the Accor family, sits on Sydney Harbour in Manly and offers boutique accommodation, events and experiences. We are seeking a Reservations team member who is ideas driven, guest experience focused, and ready to contribute to delivering the Q signature service.

You will report to the Reservations Manager, process and respond to bookings for individuals, groups and corporate clients, upsell where possible and liaise with Sales for wedding and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reservations, hotel reception or customer facing role is highly regarded.
• Exceptional telephone manner and etiquette.
• Professional and personable demeanour, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A friendly and proactive approach in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Process and inputting all reservations bookings following hotel reservations policy and guidelines (individual, group and corporate bookings).
• Ensure a timely response to all reservation enquiries.
• Ensure all reservations details are accurate and actioned timely on the same working day.
• Contribute to upselling initiatives through the reservations and front office teams.
• Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise overall hotel revenue.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Liaise with the Sales Team ensuring they are supported with all group, event and wedding bookings.
