About the Role

• Manage bookings and reservations via phone and email


• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates


• Maintain accurate records and booking information


• Coordinate staffing requirements nationally


• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Roster

• 4 or 5 days per week


• Hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm


• Opportunity for additional shifts as required

About You

• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Proven administration, reservations, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office & Excel


• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
