Job summary

Campbell Construction Co on the Gold Coast is seeking an Administration Officer (Construction Insurance) to support a portfolio of repair claims from authorisation through to project completion. You will prepare contracts, schedule inspections, and manage invoices while providing updates to stakeholders throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume administrations, a service-oriented approach, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume administrative environment.
• Work experience in construction or insurance sector is desirable.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive and conscientious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare building contracts and other job-specific documentation.
• Schedule appointments for Supervisors with customers for inspections and approved repairs.
• Prepare invoices.
• Provide updates to all stakeholders in the insurance repair process about progress.
• Data entry in insurer external platforms and our job management system - Prime.
• Handle and direct inbound calls.
• Assist Supervisors in all administrative tasks as required.
