Job summary

Campbell Construction Co is seeking a motivated Administration Officer (Construction Insurance) to support insurance repair claims from our Sunshine Coast head office. The role triages, books, allocates and progresses jobs within set timeframes, coordinating reports and client approvals as needed.

The successful candidate will have experience in a high-volume admin environment and an interest in construction or insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume administrative environment.
• Work experience in the construction industry or insurance sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers to triage new claims and booking site attendance for Estimators.
• Coordinating specialist reports and makesafe works, including obtaining client approval where required.
• Supporting Estimators with scopes, reports, quotes, variations and resubmission information.
• Reviewing estimates, quotes and assessment reports for accuracy, presentation and compliance before submission.
• Updating our job management system, Prime, and client insurance portals within required timeframes.
• Following up outstanding approvals, specialist reports, quote requests and supporting documentation.
• Communicating with customers, insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and internal teams to keep jobs progressing.
