Quantum Support Services seeks an Intake & Triage Worker for the Renters Rights program in Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for clients, conduct initial screening, assess eligibility and risks, and triage to determine the level of support required.

The role requires embedding knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and experience representing renters in VCAT. You will manage intake waitlists and provide practical information and referrals.

Formación

• Advanced practical knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Strong experience appearing before VCAT on behalf of renters.
• Experience delivering client‑focussed intake and referral services.
• Ability to assess needs, urgency and risk for triage decisions.
• Knowledge of housing, legal and community support services.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for clients in person, by phone or online.
• Conduct screening and needs assessment for eligibility and urgency.
• Perform triage to identify needs, eligibility and priority issues.
• Support clients to advocate with information, resources and practical assistance.
• Manage intake waitlists and communicate with clients in a timely manner.
• Provide advice aligned with the Residential Tenancies Act to eligible clients.
