Responsibilities include defining and executing the sales strategy, expanding the pipeline, closing high-value contracts, and delivering revenue and market-share gains while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on sales and business development in renewable energy.
• Proven track record selling power conversion equipment (hydrogen rectifiers, solar inverters, BESS converters).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, lead and execute the sales strategy for ABB's Renewable Power in Australia.
• Build pipeline and close high-value contracts with utilities and partners.
