Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager for its Renewable Power business in Australia. You will drive growth across utility-scale solar, BESS, and hydrogen projects, building strong relationships with local partners and customers to increase ABB's market share.

You'll lead strategic sales planning, manage a robust pipeline, negotiate high-value contracts, and coordinate with regional teams to deliver sustainable orders and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on sales and BD in renewables
• Proven track record in selling power conversion equipment
• Strong knowledge of Australian regional markets and networks
• Fluency in English and excellent communication/negotiation skills

• Define, plan, lead and execute the sales strategy to achieve targets
