Job summary

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive development activities for major energy projects, from early-stage development through construction readiness. You will work across development, engineering, commercial and stakeholder streams to keep projects organised and progressing toward key milestones.

In this role, you will coordinate schedules, due diligence, contractors and internal teams, while preparing investment material and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to move multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing schedules, actions and documentation.
• Confident coordinating internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Proactive mindset in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Interest in renewable energy and broader project development understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, actions and risk registers.
• Support site due diligence across planning, environment, property and technical workstreams.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal project stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, approvals and upcoming development milestones.
• Assist with community consultation and landholder engagement.
• Undertake research across electricity markets, technology, regulation.
• Support feasibility, budgets and expenditure tracking.
• Assist with procurement, quotations, tenders and contracts.
• Prepare reports, presentations and investment papers.
• Maintain project governance and reporting processes.
