A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly organised Project & Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and complete low energy heating systems from our Northamptonshire office.

This fast-paced, office-based role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, organising projects, and ensuring engineers and suppliers have the resources they need to deliver an excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation teams and manage engineer diaries
• Coordinate project start dates and installation programmes
• Order materials and manage supplier deliveries
• Ensure projects are organised and ready before work begins
• Act as the main point of contact for customers
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineers and suppliers
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
• Complete MCS and BUS grant administration
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Support the wider team with general administration
• Assist with day-to-day office organisation
• Help improve systems and processes
• Provide administrative support to senior management
• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
