Zusammenfassung

Sharp & Carter is assisting with the search for a Commercial Analyst – Remuneration based in North Sydney on a permanent basis. You will lead remuneration analysis, workforce cost modelling and provide insights to support workforce planning.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will collaborate with Payroll, Employee Relations and stakeholders to ensure accurate remuneration outcomes and compliance with awards and enterprise agreements. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifikationen

• Four+ years in commercial analysis or payroll analytics in large organisations.
• Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis.
• Attention to detail with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Ensure pay rates, classifications, allowances and wage increases align with awards.
• Develop scenario models to assess wage/enterprise agreement changes.
• Prepare staff cost forecasts, workforce analysis and reports.
• Audit remuneration data and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare remuneration data for internal and external reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Support improvements to reporting tools, policies and procedures.
