Bolton Clarke is Australia's largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider seeking a Commercial Analyst - Remuneration to ensure compliant remuneration outcomes across a large portfolio. The role partners with Payroll, Employee Relations, People & Culture and Operations to implement awards and enterprise agreements with accurate forecasting and reporting.

You'll bring experience in remuneration modelling, workforce analytics, and governance, plus strong Excel and stakeholder engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related discipline.
• Experience in remuneration, workforce analytics or financial analysis within large organisations.
• Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Awards and employment legislation.
• Payroll-related analysis, remuneration modelling and workforce cost forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and large dataset analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise Agreement and modern Award remuneration outcomes, ensuring pay rates, classifications and wage increases are applied accurately.
• Interpret and analyse Enterprise Agreements, Awards and relevant employment legislation.
• Develop remuneration costing models and scenario analysis to assess financial impact of changes.
• Partner with Payroll, Employee Relations and People & Culture to support remuneration governance and compliance.
• Conduct remuneration audits and analysis to ensure compliance with legislative and industrial obligations.
• Manage remuneration reporting for internal stakeholders and external regulatory requirements.
• Deliver workforce cost forecasts, commercial reporting and operational analysis.
• Support reporting requirements including 24/7 RN compliance, NQIP reporting and QFR submissions.
• Assist with development and continuous improvement of remuneration processes, policies, tools and reporting frameworks.
• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and project support across the Residential Aged Care business.
