Rudyb Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients at every stage of their travel journey, from initial bookings through post-trip follow-up, delivering a seamless, personalized experience.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and messaging, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, coordinate itineraries, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining accurate records in booking systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking.
