Job summary

Affinity Migration Group Pty is seeking a Remote Travel Administrative Coordinator to support our travel team's daily operations, manage client communications, coordinate booking workflows, and ensure all details are handled accurately and on time. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.

Full training and structured onboarding are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination preferred, not required.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-savvy.
• Able to learn and navigate digital tools, booking platforms, and internal workflows.
• Citizenship in Australia, US, UK, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications, travel documentation, and booking records.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups related to travel arrangements.
• Support administrative workflows and ensure all deadlines and details are met.
• Maintain accurate client records and track important booking information.
• Provide professional, responsive support to clients and team members throughout the travel process.
• Assist with process improvements and updates to internal travel systems.
