Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for New South Wales. You will drive revenue through field sales, product demonstrations, and technical solution selling to end users and distributors.

You will build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle, leveraging engineering insight to deliver premium industrial solutions. This role is fully remote within NSW with strong support from our customer center in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical or industrial field sales.
• Experience selling technical solutions and premium products.
• Background in manufacturing, automation, wind, mining, energy, or industrial assembly.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Business Development across NSW.
• Sell Atlas Copco General Industry tools, systems, and solutions (Hardware and software).
• Develop new customers and distributors while growing existing accounts.
• Identify new applications, projects, and growth opportunities.
• Execute territory planning and daily call routing.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead → opportunity → quotation → order.
• Promote value-based solutions and ROI.
• Build long-term distributor relationships and support channel partners.
• Maintain CRM with account plans, opportunities, and forecasts.
