Routed AI, Inc. is expanding its Australia footprint and seeks a senior, relationship-led sales partner based in Sydney.

The role is fully remote and offers best-in-industry commissions on first-year contract value, with potential for ongoing commissions and equity based on performance. You will engage consulting firms, professional services firms, and large enterprises across Australia, leveraging established buyer networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial accountability in quota-carrying sales or equivalent advisory/business development roles.
• Sold to strategy leaders/workforce heads at large enterprises or consulting firms in Australia.
• Established relationships with Australia-based decision-makers you can activate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new customers across consulting firms, professional services, and mid-to-large enterprises in Australia.
• Sell to senior decision-makers—Partners, COOs, Strategy Heads, and Workforce Leaders.
• Lead discovery, demos, and commercial discussions end-to-end.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate pipeline from day one.
• Position Routed AI as an indispensable enterprise intelligence layer and trusted advisor.
• Share buyer feedback to refine positioning for the Australian market.
