Responsibilities
- Design and develop precast concrete products.
- Create and review Issued For Manufacture drawings.
- Contribute to NPD projects from concept to implementation.
- Perform advanced structural calculations for precast elements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical work.
- Support process improvements and best practices.
