The Green Chemist is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with precast expertise to work remotely for global clients. You’ll design innovative precast products, review IFC/Manufacturing docs, and contribute to NPD from home. Remote role, Philippines-based, with weekly PayPal payments and leave benefits.

Requirements include a Civil/Structural degree, 4–6 years in precast, SolidWorks, FEM/BIM knowledge, and strong communication skills for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 4–6 years in structural engineering with a precast focus.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Knowledge of concrete design principles and standards.
• Experience with FEM software and BIM concepts.
• Ability to manage smaller projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and remote-work experience.
• Fully remote work – anywhere in the Philippines!

Responsibilities

• Design and develop precast concrete products.
• Create and review detailed structural drawings and manufacturing docs.
• Contribute to NPD projects from concept to implementation.
• Perform advanced structural calculations for precast elements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize design efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive process improvement and best-practice development.
