Job summary

YES Medical Group is expanding its Business Development team in New South Wales with a remote role. The BDM will identify opportunities, engage clients, onboard new partners, and manage ongoing relationships across the CRO and pharma space.

The role requires a strong background in business development or sales within CROs, knowledge of clinical research, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required.
• Proven track record of 4+ years in business development or sales in CROs.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with pharma/biotech companies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, marketing, and operations to align proposals and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
