Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking multiple Service Desk / Desktop Support Analysts (L1–L2) to join a Federal Government organisation based in Adelaide CBD.

This is a 6-month contract with a remote working option, in a Microsoft-centric environment delivering frontline support to end users. You will handle incidents in ServiceNow, support Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint, and work onsite in Adelaide with baseline Australian Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing L1/L2 Desktop Support or Service Desk support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to Azure and ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Current Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and service desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist with Azure and identity related support activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
