Job summary

Dispensed is seeking a Senior Patient Coordinator to join our clinical operations team and deliver a smooth, efficient patient experience across our telehealth platform. You’ll coordinate the patient journey from initial enquiry to post-consultation follow-up, while helping keep the clinic organized and compliant.

This hands-on role suits someone who can manage competing priorities, follow SOPs and regulatory requirements, and fosters a great patient experience through proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration or clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from enquiry through to post-consultation follow-up.
• Manage clinic operations and administrative workflows.
• Coordinate clinician schedules and appointments to optimise capacity.
• Maintain patient records in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold SOPs and confidentiality across the clinic.
• Resolve patient issues and escalate when needed.
• Attend MDT meetings and document actions with follow-ups.
• Oversee clinic supplies and coordinate orders.
• Support training and development and contribute to process improvements.
