Job summary

VeteranCann is seeking a Clinical Medical Scheduler to coordinate doctor and nurse schedules across its Australian clinic network. You will manage travel, accommodation and site readiness, ensuring clinics run smoothly with prepared rooms and clear schedules for practitioners.

The role emphasises strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle changes quickly while supporting healthcare providers and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, rostering, medical administration or healthcare operations.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars, locations and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain doctor and nurse schedules across VeteranCann clinic locations.
• Maintain a forward clinic calendar showing clinic dates, locations, practitioners and coverage.
• Match practitioner availability with planned clinic requirements and patient demand.
• Coordinate changes to schedules, cancellations, leave and practitioner availability.
• Communicate confirmed schedules to doctors, nurses and stakeholders well in advance.
• Coordinate travel requirements for doctors and nurses, including arranging flights and accommodation.
