Job summary

Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation (AKKF) is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our partnership function. You will own the partnership space, deliver exceptional partner experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth to support young people facing mental illness and Defence families.

You will work with leaders, boards, and communities to secure high-value partnerships, manage contracts, and shape long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in business development, sponsorship or partnership management.
• Not-for-profit sector experience preferred.
• Ability to secure high-value revenue.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Ability to obtain National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and secure high value partnerships (greater than $50,000 pa).
• Grow existing partnerships, delivering growth and renewal.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle from qualification, proposal development, negotiation, through to conversion, stewardship, renewal and growth.
• Negotiate and review contracts ensuring compliance with organisational, legislative and funding requirements.
• Identify and develop long-term strategies to improve the partnerships function.
• Work collaboratively with other team to deliver complex, large-scale deliverables across the organisation.
