Mental Health First Aid Australia is seeking a results-driven fundraising leader to grow philanthropic, corporate and government funding opportunities. You will negotiate with peak bodies, trusts, community groups, and corporate settings to secure support.

In this newly created role, you will collaborate with our contracts, grants, and international teams, blending strategic thinking with a practical, outcomes-focused approach to expand our fundraising impact across Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships or stakeholder relations.
• Strong relationship skills with philanthropic leaders, corporate executives and board members.
• Experience managing funding agreements, grant compliance, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategies to diversify and scale revenue streams.
• Research, plan, and implement new target-market fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop and implement reporting to monitor, forecast, and improve fundraising revenue.
