Hello Sunday Morning in Australia is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow revenue from corporate partnerships, aligning with our mission to improve workplace wellbeing through evidence-based digital health solutions.

You will convert an established pipeline into multi-year agreements while building a sustainable new business pipeline and maintaining trusted relationships with partners.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships, commercial partnerships or another revenue generating role.
• Proven track record of converting opportunities into signed, high value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and experience managing complex pipelines and forecasts.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with a high level of accountability.
• Experience in health, mental health, wellbeing or a purpose driven organisation.
• An understanding of ESG, workplace wellbeing or corporate social impact frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Convert existing pipeline opportunities into signed partnership agreements and actively develop a strong new business pipeline.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle from qualification, proposal development and negotiation through to conversion, stewardship, renewal and growth.
• Prioritise high value and multi year partnerships and contribute to income diversification through partnerships and fee for service offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with corporate partners and ensure they receive timely, credible reporting on agreed outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded initiatives, storytelling, brand visibility and realistic delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts and reporting and communicate progress, risks and opportunities clearly to the Head of Development.
• Ensure partnership activity aligns with organisational values, reputation, governance and compliance requirements.
