Job summary

Sigma Computing is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to guide post-sales engagements, advising on implementation, performance, security, and API access. You will tailor BI/analytics solutions in customer environments and work with product teams to enhance the roadmap.

Role requires a decade of BI experience, strong SQL/JS skills, and remote-work capability with travel as needed, joining a fast-growing, cloud-native analytics company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role (customer success or consulting).
• Customer relationship skills and ability to work with customers, partners, and product teams.
• Experience with database concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Design, develop and implement BI solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
• ETL experience and production BI solution delivery.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and Web Development is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel (eventually).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Sigma implementation, performance, security, embedded analytics, and API access.
• Design and develop tailored BI analytics solutions in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot deployed solutions and relay feedback to product teams.
• Capture product feedback and help improve the product roadmap.
• Identify new use cases to grow accounts and support renewals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver customer solutions.
• Document software implementations and monitor deployed solutions.
