Job summary

Protecht Group is seeking a Senior Reporting Business Analyst to lead analytics engagements, translating customer requirements into clear specifications for Analytics consultants and developers.

You will own complex projects, coach other analysts, support escalations and ensure QA through testing and data validation, while collaborating in a remote-friendly, agile environment. You’ll work with Protecht.ERM and BI tools, interfacing with stakeholders across APAC, the USA and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements for BI, analytics or data visualisation projects.
• Ability to independently manage complex customer engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Proven skill in Agile delivery, testing and data validation.
• Coaches and guides other analysts, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for large, complex customer engagements.
• Translate needs into actionable specifications for analytics teams.
• Own escalation management and resolve complex delivery issues.
• Define test scenarios, oversee UAT and data validation.
• Provide peer review and coaching to other analysts.
