Job summary

Sigma is seeking an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and growth in the data analytics space. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract, working with a high-performing team to expand Sigma’s footprint in a fast-growing market.

You will leverage your experience in software sales and BI tools, engage with partners, and help customers realize the value of Sigma’s AI-powered analytics platform. Melbourne-based role with in-office presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience closing deals
• Experience in data analytics or BI space (Looker, Tableau, Domo) preferred
• Background in high-tech software sales
• Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and quota attainment
• Partnership and co-selling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain, create, and update customer, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce
• Engage a diverse range of businesses in consultative sales using data knowledge
• Own the sales process from first call to demo to proposal, PoC, and contract
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team
• Bring on new customers and develop advocates in the BI market
• Engage with data ecosystem partners to build pipeline
