Job summary

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental management platform, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the APAC market. This fully remote role is for candidates within Australia or New Zealand to collaborate with the team.

The SDR will handle full lead lifecycle: prospecting new accounts, fast inbound responses, and reviving quiet leads. You will engage via phone, email, and social channels to qualify and book meetings.

Qualifications

B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.
Highly motivated self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

Research target accounts and decision-makers in APAC; prospect via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.
Respond quickly to inbound leads and book meetings where there is a fit.
Revive previously interested leads and restart conversations as timing and needs change.
Use CRM notes and activity history to personalise outreach.
Understand prospects' needs and communicate Hostaway's value proposition clearly.
