Job summary

Mainetti Australia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for New Business Development and ongoing account management in Sydney. You will identify and win new customers, then nurture relationships into long-term partnerships, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

You will prospect, present solutions and close deals, travel occasionally, and manage a varied portfolio with autonomy in a global, sustainability-focused packaging business.

Qualifications

• Good level of print and packaging knowledge / experience (products, technology, market).
• Sales driven and confident presenting to customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business.
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions.
• Introducing customers to innovative and sustainable alternatives.
• Pitching, negotiating, closing new business.
• Building strong relationships with customers after win.
