Employment Hero is hiring an Account Executive to drive end-to-end SaaS sales in Australia. This remote role focuses on owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on outbound pipeline development, accurate CRM usage (Salesforce), and reliable revenue forecasting.

You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit ANZ team and report to the Sales Manager, contributing to growth in a scale‑up environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years full sales cycle experience in SaaS
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound
• Comfort forecasting revenue week to week and month to month

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct discovery and tailor pitches to buyer personas
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound activities
• Keep Salesforce accurate and provide reliable forecasts
• Advocate for the customer and feed insights to teams
