Employment Hero is hiring a remote SaaS Sales professional based in Australia to own the full sales cycle and push growth in the QLD region. You’ll build a robust pipeline, run discovery with SPICED, and forecast revenue while working with a tight, scale-up team.

You’ll engage via events, LinkedIn, email and calls, with a focus on NDIS and aged care sectors. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and contribute to a growing playbook in a high-autonomy role where your drive and grit matter as much as

Formación

• 2–3 years full sales cycle experience in SaaS or software sales.
• Proven track record of hitting targets.
• Self-generating your own pipeline through outbound.
• Comfort forecasting revenue week to week and month to month.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement or conversational intelligence tools (Gong a bonus).
• Grit, hustle and the ability to grow as the business grows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to Closed Won.
• Run thorough discovery using SPICED methodology, tailoring pitch to prospect size/persona.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound activity across events, trade shows, LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, provide reliable weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to sharpen messaging and product.
