Better Impact Inc. in Australia is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in a demo-driven, full-cycle SaaS sales role.

You will own your pipeline from discovery to close, prospect outbound, run demos, and collaborate with SDR/BDR and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. This remote role supports not-for-profits and government sectors, with a scalable global team and clear targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience.
• Experience building outbound sequences using tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to run discovery and demos, handle objections, and close deals.
• Comfort selling to mission-driven organisations such as not-for-profits, healthcare, government, or education.
• Disciplined pipeline management and accurate CRM updates.

Responsibilities

• Run full sales cycle from discovery to close, including demos and pricing discussions.
• Build ~30% of pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, sequences).
• Maintain a monthly quota based on ACV and closed deals, with regular forecasting.
• Conduct discovery from the volunteer perspective and apply established demo methodologies.
• Collaborate with SDR/BDR and Customer Success for clean handoffs and onboarding.
