Job summary

CFT International is seeking an RTO Administrator to keep the student journey seamless from enrolment through to certification. You’ll handle student support, manage records in aXcelerate, and help maintain compliance while working from home with a friendly team.

This role suits a self-motivated, well-organised person who can work independently during business hours and stay connected with the team remotely. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTO administration or a similar education role
• Strong written communication and a kind, friendly manner with students
• Well organised and able to manage your own workload without close supervision
• Reliable and available during business hours
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet
• Experience with Zendesk and LiveChat (desirable)
• Understanding of VET compliance and the Standards for RTOs (desirable)
• Experience in food safety or hospitality training (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Respond to student enquiries by email, support tickets and live chat, within our 1 hour response standard
• Manage enrolments, student records and certificates in aXcelerate
• Process assessment submissions and course completion notices
• Handle USI verification and student documentation
• Support employer and group enrolments
• Maintain accurate records in line with ASQA and Standards for RTOs requirements
• Work with the team to improve processes and the student experience
