Qualifications

• Experience in account growth and client relationship management.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities across NSW.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with property/roof inspection services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients
• Attend and carry out roof inspections where required
• Hunt for new business across NSW to build a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and margin growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with senior management and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Maintain detailed records of account activity and provide regular updates on proposed leads in our company CRM
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Meet with key contacts, spending time to better understand each client needs and requirements
• Attend various networking events
