Job summary

Revolut is expanding its Regulatory Affairs team in Australia. As a Regulatory Affairs Manager you will ensure transparent communication with regulators, stay ahead of changes, and implement them across the business.

You will build relationships, deliver training to product teams, and prepare reports for regulator meetings, with a strong focus on conduct and compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance or risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, or regulator.
• Experience coaching and inspiring people.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of best practice in regional financial institutions regulations.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment.
• Understanding of payments systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with regulators and the business, breaking down complex information into digestible updates.
• Keep regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other updates.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to share communications during incidents.
• Prepare management reports and information for regulator meetings, internal committees and the Board.
• Deliver training and updates to product teams on regulatory requirements and changes.
• Build processes and documentation for the team in a scalable, sustainable way.
• Be a champion for conduct and compliance across the business.
