Job summary

Revolut is seeking a seasoned People Partner to lead the HR function in Australia, shaping policies, governance and culture across the team. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution to drive growth while embedding our values in day-to-day operations.

You will partner with the leadership team to deliver a comprehensive People strategy, manage remuneration and benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance across Australia.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a progressive human resources environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience delivering strategic support to senior managers and executives.
• Knowledge of remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys, and HR systems implementations.
• Knowledge of remuneration and performance in a regulated context.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• Pragmatic leader with a commercial mindset who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A data-oriented and results-driven approach with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within a cross-cultural and corporate environment, with matrix reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leading the HR function and driving strategic initiatives for Australia.
• Partnering with leadership to develop and implement a People strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Developing governance and employee engagement programs to support business needs.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership on people issues.
• Reporting on HR capabilities and development areas to boards and group leadership.
• Overseeing operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, and career development with regulatory compliance.
• Embedding Revolut values across the department through events, town halls and communications.
• Role-modeling the company culture to strengthen organisational behavior.
