Revolut is seeking a Business Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth efforts for Revolut Business in Australia. You will shape full-funnel marketing, tailor market positioning, and launch initiatives that drive acquisition while partnering with regional leadership and global marketing teams.

You will oversee local campaigns, collaborate across Demand Gen and Product Marketing, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven growth track record.
Startup/performance mindset to leverage influencer, partnerships, affiliate channels.
Deep knowledge of B2B marketing in Australia across ATL, BTL, demand gen, and partnerships.
Experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Define and execute full-funnel Australia marketing plans.
Identify user needs and derive data-driven insights.
Lead local marketing activations including case studies and community events.
Collaborate with Demand Gen and Product Marketing for assets driving local demand.
Track programme results and optimise for efficiency and scale.
Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform GTM strategy.
Deliver campaigns with a growth and business impact bias.
