Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of operations experience in a securities business (fintech or brokers).
• Understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes, including equities and ETFs.

Responsibilities

• Aligning with global wealth and trading operations.
• Implementing and maintaining robust first-line controls across operations, including maker-checker, reconciliations, exception management, and access/entitlement controls.
• Collaborating with Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Finance for regulatory reporting and client money safeguarding regimes.
• Leading investigations and resolutions of operational incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Defining and tracking operational KRIs and KPIs for senior management reporting.
